High performance Dot 5.1 brake and clutch fluid for road, track and race MTEC DOT 5.1 is a very high specification Brake and Clutch Fluid recommended for use in the hydraulic brake and clutch systems of all cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles for which a non-petroleum based fluid of this type is specified. Well suited to High performance vehicles and or vehicles fitted with ESP / ASR systems. Conforms to and exceeds the current international specifications U.S. FMVSS No.116 DOT 5.1, DOT 4 & DOT 3, SAE J1703 & J1704 and ISO 4925 (Classes 3 & 4 and 5.1). Mixes safely with other brake and clutch fluids conforming to the above specifications Typical Dry Boiling Point 269°C. Typical Wet Boiling Point 184°C.
